Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-21
TL;DR
Posting Machine turns company context into founder-led LinkedIn content and helps you operate the workflow around publishing and engagement. You keep ownership of your content and decide what is published or sent. You must use the service lawfully, protect your account, and pay any fees you agree to. We protect your private content and use it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. If the Service does not provide sufficient value or meet your expectations, we will refund the affected service period in full.
Agreement and scope
These Terms govern your access to Posting Machine's website, application, integrations, AI-assisted features, onboarding, and related support or managed services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service, or paying an invoice that references Posting Machine, you agree to these Terms.
If you have a signed service agreement, proposal, or order form with us, that document also applies. Its terms control if they conflict with these Terms.
Who can use Posting Machine
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to act for it and to connect its accounts and data. You must also comply with the terms and policies of LinkedIn, Slack, Google, Attio, Granola, Plaud, Telegram, and any other service you connect.
Your account and connections
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and connected accounts secure and for activity performed through your account. Give us accurate information, keep it current, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You choose which integrations to connect. A connected integration lets us access and act on the data and permissions you authorize, such as capturing selected Slack threads, importing meeting notes, reading LinkedIn activity, publishing approved posts, or sending approved engagement actions. You can disconnect integrations from the Service where that control is available or by contacting us.
What the Service does
Depending on your plan and enabled features, Posting Machine may collect and organize company and founder sources, extract evidence, generate drafts and images, schedule or publish approved posts, measure outcomes, identify relevant engagement, and prepare or carry out approved replies, messages, and connection actions. Some customers also receive onboarding, editing, research, or operator support.
Features may change as the product develops. We may add, remove, or limit features, but we will not materially reduce an agreed paid service during its current service period without discussing it with you.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the materials you provide or connect, including company information, messages, meeting notes and transcripts, photos, profile summaries, founder memory, drafts, instructions, and feedback (“Customer Content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit Customer Content only as needed to provide, support, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the Customer Content you provide, including any personal data, confidential material, call recordings, or content belonging to colleagues, customers, or other third parties. Do not provide material that you are prohibited from sharing with us.
Generated content and your approval
Drafts, research, suggested messages, images, and other AI-assisted outputs are suggestions and may contain errors. You own the output created for you to the extent permitted by law, but similar output may be generated for others and we do not guarantee that any output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published or sent, including for accuracy, confidentiality, applicable law, platform rules, employer policies, and third-party rights. We will not publish or send from your connected account unless you approve the specific action, schedule it, or enable a clearly described automation that authorizes it. You remain responsible for actions carried out under those instructions.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public Customer Content as confidential. We use it only to provide the Service and disclose it only to personnel and service providers who need it for that purpose, when you direct us to share or publish it, or when disclosure is required by law or needed to protect the Service and its users. This does not cover information that is already public through no breach by us, independently developed without your confidential information, or lawfully received from another source.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for spam, harassment, deception, unlawful discrimination, or other illegal activity.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization without authorization.
- Do not submit content you do not have permission to use, or use the Service to breach confidentiality, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
- Do not bypass safeguards, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape the Service, interfere with its operation, or overwhelm its infrastructure.
- Do not use Posting Machine to violate the rules of LinkedIn or any connected service. Their rules apply in addition to ours.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party platforms and providers for hosting, authentication, connected accounts, AI inference, public research, analytics, communications, and billing. Their availability and rules can affect the Service. We are not responsible for a third-party service changing, limiting, suspending, or terminating your access, but we will take reasonable steps to help diagnose issues within our control.
Fees, refunds, and cancellation
Prices, service periods, deliverables, billing cadence, and payment deadlines are set out in the invoice, proposal, order form, or service agreement you accept. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are due by the stated due date and fees are exclusive of taxes you are legally responsible for paying. We may suspend paid services after giving notice of an overdue invoice.
You may cancel future service periods by telling us before the next renewal or invoice period begins. If you feel the Service did not provide sufficient value or meet your expectations, contact us at founders@postingmachine.ai. We will provide a full refund of the fees you paid for the affected service period. This satisfaction guarantee does not limit any additional refund rights in your agreement or under applicable law.
Our intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, workflows, models, prompts, templates, documentation, and branding. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service during your account or agreed service period. They do not transfer ownership of the Service itself to you.
Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, the providers that process it, and your available controls. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay an overdue invoice after notice, create risk for other users or the Service, or require us to violate law or a platform's rules. We will give reasonable notice when circumstances allow.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should continue will survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and liability limits. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy and any signed agreement.
The Service is provided as-is
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular business results, perfect research or draft accuracy, acceptance by a connected platform, or that AI output will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posting Machine is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Service. This includes reputational or platform harm from content or actions you approved.
Our total liability for all claims arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or, if you paid no fees, USD 100. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
Resolving disputes
Any governing-law or dispute terms in your signed service agreement, proposal, or order form apply. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Posting Machine agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting each other and allowing a reasonable time for a response.
Changes to these Terms
We will post updated Terms here and change the “last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email when practical. Changes apply prospectively; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
